Old Time Favorite

Simple things bring great pleasures. Need a simple, quick dessert? Pudding pie! You can make your own crust super fast by using a cooking tenderizer mallet and Nilla Wafers! Lay Nilla Wafers in the bottom of a 9″ pie plate, use the flat top to the mallet and press down on the wafers and rotating the mallet in a circular motion, the cookies are crumbs in seconds. Then fill crust with Jello Instant pudding. I used vanilla, because that’s what I had in the house. Feel free to mix and match as you like, Gram cracker crust, Oreos and your favorite pudding. Top your pie with some crumbs from your crust and enjoy! Easy as… well, pie.
